Research Assistant/Associate in Cybersecurity and Resilience

We have a new position to work at the intersection of Cybersecurity and Resilience. Our particular aim is to model and reason about the security and resilience of systems with particular focus on the software and networking infrastructure of dynamic systems such as fleets of autonomous aerial vehicles. We are particularly interested in the analysis of the propagation of cyber-attacks, their impact upon the operation of the system and the adaptation of the system in response to an attack to preserve its operation. This requires a modelling and simulation approach that combines models of threat and attack propagation such as attack graphs with models of the system operation and interconnection. Aspects of system safety and system validation can also be taken into account. For details and how to apply please follow this link.
